Questions, answered

The things travellers ask us most — about getting here, transfers, tours, and how booking works. Can't find yours? We're a WhatsApp message away.

Arrivals

Getting to Grenada & arrivals

Do you meet me at arrivals?

Yes. With a pre-booked transfer, your driver is waiting just outside customs at Maurice Bishop International (GND) holding a sign with your name — no taxi queue, no haggling.

What if my flight is delayed?

Send your flight number when you book and we track it, adjusting your pickup automatically. Normal delays cost nothing extra.

What if my plans change?

Just message us on WhatsApp as early as you can and we'll adjust. We're flexible.

How far is the airport from the resorts?

GND sits at the south tip of the island — about 15 minutes to Grand Anse and 20 to St. George's.

Transfers

Airport transfers

What's included in a transfer?

A private, air-conditioned vehicle, a professional local driver, meet-and-greet at arrivals, and help with your bags — one flat, agreed price, with no meter.

Can you do a round trip?

Yes. We handle your arrival and your return to the airport, timed to your departure flight. Just give us both flights.

How many people fit in one vehicle?

Our standard transfer carries up to 4 guests with luggage. For larger groups we arrange a bigger vehicle or more than one — tell us your party size.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, on request — let us know your children's ages when you book.

Is the price really fixed?

Yes. Transfer fares are agreed up front and follow Grenada's regulated rates, so there are no surprises when you land.

Tours

Tours & day trips

Are your tours private or shared?

Private by default — your group, your pace, your stops. If you'd prefer a group option, we can point you to one.

Can you customise a tour?

Absolutely. Tell us what you'd love to see and we build the day around it.

What should I bring?

Swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, shoes you don't mind getting wet for the waterfalls, and a little cash for entry fees and roadside stops.

What happens if it rains?

Grenada's weather moves fast. We adjust the route or reschedule — we'll never send you out for a washout.

Booking

Booking & payment

How do I book?

Message us on WhatsApp or send a plan through the site. We reply with a clear quote — usually within the hour — and a deposit confirms it.

How do I pay?

A deposit confirms your booking, and we send simple instructions (bank transfer, Western Union, or MoneyGram). The balance is settled before or on arrival, as agreed.

When is the balance due?

Usually on or before arrival — we'll confirm the exact timing with your quote.

What's your cancellation policy?

Life happens — message us as early as you can. Terms depend on the service and how close to the date it is, and the specifics are set out in our Terms. We'll always be fair.

Anything else

Can you book my flights?

We're a ground team, not a ticket agent. Tell us your dates and where you're flying from, and we'll point you to the best routes and fares we can find — you book directly with the airline, which keeps your ticket and any changes with the carrier. Once you've booked, send us your arrival details and we'll be at the airport to meet you.

Can you arrange my hotel or villa?

Yes. Tell us your dates, your budget, and which part of the island suits you, and we'll help line up a stay with local hotels and villas we know. Message us on WhatsApp to start.

What else can you arrange?

Plenty — private drivers, restaurant reservations, a private chef, a boat day, special occasions. If it's on the island, ask.

What currency should I bring?

The local currency is the East Caribbean Dollar (about EC$2.70 to US$1). US dollars are widely accepted and cards work in most hotels and larger restaurants — carry some small EC cash for buses, markets, and roadside stops.
