Who we are

Spice Isle Travel & Tours is a travel concierge and transfer company based in Grenada, West Indies. We arrange private airport transfers, island tours, and personal concierge services for visitors to Grenada.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, quote form, or trip planner, we collect the following information:

• Name — so we know who we're talking to
• Email address — so we can send you a reply if you prefer email
• Phone / WhatsApp number — our primary way of staying in touch
• Trip details — dates, number of guests, services you're interested in

We do not collect payment card details through our website. Payments are arranged separately and securely.

How we use it

We use your information exclusively to:

• Respond to your enquiry by email or WhatsApp
• Prepare a quote or itinerary for your trip
• Coordinate your transfer, tour, or concierge service
• Follow up after your trip if you have questions or feedback

We do not use your information for marketing unless you explicitly ask to hear from us about future trips.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

We may share your name and trip details with the specific driver, guide, or partner supplier arranging your service — for example, your driver will need to know your name and arrival flight number. These individuals work directly with us and handle your information confidentially.

Cloudflare Turnstile

Our enquiry forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-friendly CAPTCHA alternative. Turnstile may collect limited browser signals to verify that you are a real visitor. Data retention

We keep your enquiry details for as long as is reasonably necessary — typically for the duration of your trip plus a short period afterwards in case of follow-up questions. If you would like us to delete your information, email us and we will do so promptly.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us what information we hold about you, to correct any inaccuracies, or to ask us to delete it. Email hello@spiceisletravels.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page. The date at the bottom of the page reflects when it was last revised.
